How We Handle Your Information
1. Information we collect
Count Profit LLC operates HomeHealthCare.Health. We collect the information you submit for account access, directory listings, billing, inquiries, ownership claims, and corrections. Public profiles may include your business name, services, service areas, website, public phone, public email, logo, and approved photographs. Your private account or billing email is separate from the listing email and is not automatically published.
2. How information is used
We use information to operate the directory, respond to requests, maintain accounts, process listing subscriptions, prevent misuse, and review claims or corrections. Imported provider records are not proof of ownership, payment, qualifications, or marketing consent. Synthetic demonstration records are kept separate from real provider information.
3. Payments and service providers
GetPaid and Stripe provide payment processing. Card numbers and security codes are handled by Stripe’s secure payment components and are not stored by this directory. Hosting, authenticated email delivery, and other necessary technical services may process information to provide their functions. Stripe and external websites have their own privacy terms.
4. Cookies and account security
WordPress and checkout use cookies or storage for authentication, security, session continuity, and payment processing. Do not share account access links, passwords, private invoices, or entry codes in public listing fields. Access links may expire and are intended for their recipient. We restrict private account and billing records to authorized users.
5. Public information and outbound links
Information submitted to public profile fields can be viewed and copied by visitors or search services. Explain any privacy concern before submitting it. Outbound HTTP/HTTPS links may include the directory hostname and referral campaign parameters. External providers control their own sites, services, and information practices.
6. Retention, corrections, and requests
We retain information as needed to operate services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable obligations. You may contact support@countprofit.com about access, correction, removal, or another privacy request. We may need to verify your identity or authority, and some records may need to be retained. Removing public information does not necessarily remove copies held by third parties.
